Happy I went here to get a kit. I was greeted the moment I walked in, and this place seems to have a very decent selection of juices and hardware. Prices are comparable to the brick and mortar stores in California. Seems like a great shop to get all your vape stuff. 5/5.

I haven't been to many vape shops but from the few that I have been to I can definitely say that this is one of the better shops in town that I've personally shopped at. They have a wide selection of vape devices and vape juices and parts for MOST vape devices. I emphasize the word "most" because if your pen is way out of production date then it 's not logical to supply parts for an outdated pen or box. That being said, they have literally everything else that you could possibly need for your vaping enjoyment.

Next I wanna touch base on their customer service. I just turned 42 and on my birthday I got a text from them letting me know that I get $10 off my next purchase. That right there is pretty awesome. Also when you walk in you are immediately greeted by someone. They are not pushy either so there's plus 2 and 3 right there! They are highly knowledgeable and respectful of everyone who walks in.

Finally last point and it's minor but I wish they would sell peppermint vape juice. The menthol is the bomb...don't get me wrong but peppermint vape juice would be the bigger bomb!!! Great place to go. They have lots of different products. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I bought a new pod system and Jeremy was very helpful with getting it set up.

Great place for newbies to start! Jeremy and his staff are excellent! Knowledgeable and very kind! They seem happy to share their knowledge and don't make you feel dumb for asking questions!

I absolutely love this vape shop and have been going here for the last 4 years. The guys here are kind, knowledgeable, and have the best service in town. I, sometimes, have gotten an order mix up and they've been awesome enough to fix it for me, recommend new mods and tanks, juices and the likes! They also are never afraid to recommend other vape stores that may have something I like if they do not have it. I will always enjoy coming to this store and I recommend you give it a chance too!

Best Vape shop in Reno. They were super helpful, nice, and were honest with me. Helped point me in the right direction and didn't just try to take my money like most ALL the other shops in town. Prices are fair as well. If you vape, show these guys some love!!!!

Unbelievably good service. I'd take this place over shopping online any day. Their selection is just as good as online retailers, but this shop's employees and service is unmatched compared to anyone else in Reno. Just trust me, you're much less likely to buy or do something stupid if you listen to the advice of someone like Jason. And they'll work with you to make sure you walk out with exactly what you need.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The staff is phenomenal. They will answer all your questions, give you the best suggestions, and ultimately listen to your wants and needs and do their best to satisfy them. I signed up for their birthday club I got 10 bucks off a bottle of juice, and redeemed it super easy. They back up all of their products, make returns really easy, and do their best to make sure you’re happy when you leave the store. I commented how their prices have gone up on one particular item and the guy told me just tell them that you want the old price and I’ll give it to you. How fricken cool is that??? I was inquiring about a particular flavor of juice. He told me about a new one that he ended liking better than the one I bought, and sent me home with a sample of it. I mean come on really?!?!?this level of customer service is unheard of!!!! To top it off when I got home and tried it I ended up liking it better than what I just bought. If you need something in the Vape world do yourself a favor and go there now.... you won’t regret it!
