The clerk behind the counter openly ridiculed me for requesting a vape with nicotine in it, saying that this is only for quitting smoking and that I should know better. Its so bizarre, Ive never had someone at a store openly talk me out of buying their products before. I left before i purchased anything and Im happy that I did.

Has a knowledgeable staff, but their mod prices our way outrageous. In my opinion you're better off doing some online research and buying something you actually like for decent price, because the markup is ridiculous.

I went in asking for a CBD vape for pain management. I was happily greeted and explained my situation to the gentleman, (owner?). After actually LISTENING to what I needed, he then explained that there were no guarantees on efficacy. He was very detailed in explaining the differences in product and devices, and after a much needed education on vaping, I made a perfect purchase. The CBD vape is the most effective product(for the price) I have yet to find. Thank you Knuckle Dusters, I hope you realize how much you've helped me, and I'll certainly be back to re-up, as long as you are there.

The best shop in Reno. I know nothing about vape but a friend told me to go here after giving me a Suorin Drop. The first shop I went to was not this shop and was extremely rude because I didn’t know much about vape. Not this place though! Super friendly staff! Actually made me not hate vape shops. Will only be going to this shop exclusively! Thank you!
