Was having a bad day and went in to buy some juice. I completely forgot the guys name, but the guy with long hair and mustache gave me one of his personal tanks fully filled for free as I was having issues with mine from it being old. Visited here for the first time today. I was a little intimidated a first because I'm trying to get off tobacco and had no idea where to start. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I love that they have a bar setup where you can sample all their flavors for free. I ended up purchasing a basic unit and two of my favorite flavors (blackbird and pompom.. yum!) and they made sure to show me how the components work and got me all set up before I left the store. I'll definitely be back.

Great place all round! Top notch knowledgeable staff. The rewards program is great for frequent buyers like myself, let the points add up and then get yourself a new rig at a hefty discount, or grab a 120ml bottle of Sass (personal favorite 503 flavor) for dirt cheap more often. The 503 flavors are all I vape anymore, and I have dabbled with more flavors and brands than I could ever try to count. You'll never leave dissatisfied!

This place is amazing! I recently lost my vape and came in to get a new one, but they were out of the model I wanted. Rather than pushing me to buy a different brand or telling me I'd just have to wait, they actually let me borrow one of their in-store units until they got more of what i wanted in stock. They didn't ask for a deposit or anything, just trust. How cool is that?!?
The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Whats more, it's a fun place to just hang out even if you're not shopping. I can't think of any other place that encourages patrons to just come and chill, even if you're not actually shopping that day. And, of course, you can vape freely.

My girlfriend and I went here yesterday and everyone was so helpful!! The guy who helped us with our vapes (sorry I can’t remember his name!) was so patient and was clearly committed to making sure we had a great experience there. He spent a lot of his time with us, making sure we were good to go, and we couldn’t be more thankful! We will definitely be returning.

Love this place! Haven’t been to any of the other stores besides the northeast location . Friendly and helpful staff. Has a pretty good selection of products. Too bad you can sample any out right now due to this virus going around. Should still have a menu to look at even if it’s a paper one that can be recycled after the person uses it. But other wise still a great place

I love this shop and stop in almost weekly. Staff are super nice and really helpful. The only thing holding me back from giving it a full 5 stars is the change in juice recently. My last purchase of PomPom was quite a shock when I noticed the color had changed, however, I was told it was the exact same in flavor. Well, unfortunately it wasn't and it was kind of a big let down as it was my go to juice for the last year or so. I hope I can find a nice replacement here as again, I love the shop. But the new juice is kind of disappointing.
