I love Smokeless--and was so glad to find this company in 2018 after the vaping products I had used for years were bought out by Juul. Smokeless is based here, has a number of stores in the area, and makes its e-liquid under strict quality controls. The staff is unfailingly kind, knowledgeable, and will spend as much time as you need, whether you're new to vaping or an old hand, in helping you find the flavor profiles you're looking for, answering questions about new products and devices, and keeping customers up to date on legislation affecting the vape industry. For as ex-smoker like me, it's been a relief to find products and people I trust. Smokeless has a rewards and coupon program and gives double points on purchases on Tuesdays. The atmosphere in the store laid back, and it's always fun to visit.

I've seen my fair share of vape shops--the exceedingly douche-y, "bro-y" and proud bro-y, space aged, and dingy. The northeast smokeless is the place to beat in the twin cities as far as we're concerned. Consistently good with no weird or off-putting interactions over the years. They have a good selection of reasonably priced juice, CBD and edibles? Relaxed normal atmosphere with no pretensions. Employees tend toward young pierced youth. Diversity of customers. Open layout in the front to give folks some space. You can come as prepared or unprepared as you like, and they'll help you through the process. Dog friendly for good doggos. (Stock biscuits?)

Not sure bout the guy below that gave a 1 star. Mark and his team have never been anything but the nicest, most helpful, and attentive staff I have met in a smoke/vape shop. Willing to sit with customers as they try out flavors and have worlds(!) of knowledge. Not only are they in a convenient location, but of every shop I've been in I'd pick Mark's if I could only ever goto one location again. Keep up the good work

I visited while on vacation, during which I also visited many of the Twin Cities' other major vape shops.
Smokeless was distinct in 2 ways.
1 -- the high quality of their carefully chosen (albeit limited) selection of vapes.
2 -- Smokeless employees posessed a MUCH higher degree of vaping-related knowledge than I found ANYWHERE else in town.

--edit to your response! my ID was expired by one day! & Original comment was about your attitude and service. It was terrible. No other way to say it. Additionally you have the smallest selection of any local stores and the highest prices for generic products. Cashier was extremely uninterested in us texting when we got in then yelling to say hello to friends. Been going here since I moved to Minneapolis but probably not anymore.
