25 Stars. I randomly went here a couple years ago when I accidentally burnt through my last coil. Not only did they carry my brand of coils, but their website was able to say that they had them in stock. I went there for only coils but knew I had to come back. Ever since I've always told friends to check out Smokeless both in NE Mpls or Burnsville, or whichever location is closest.
I bought a new Caliburn G2 in July. Last month I went in because the button got stuck and I accidentally burnt through a new coil. They were a huge help with that and again when I went in today for the Auto-Draw misfiring, they replaced both items as part of the warranty.
The prices are very reasonable for both juice and hardware, and the perks program for returning customers is also awesome - I've been able to cash in rewards points for new coils and juice.
The only disadvantage is the geographic location of the NE shop. Depending on the time of day you go, parking can be somewhat hard to find as well as dealing with traffic to get there, but that's worth dealing with since the quality of the products and service is so great compared to other shops I've been to.
Hopefully they can expand into the North end of the metro in the future - I know that an excellent vape shop like this can be hard to find!
