Just so everyone knows you can’t trust any of these reviews. The guy gives discounts for people to write reviews and obviously they’re going to write something positive for a discount. Compared to other places everything is overpriced. The kratom is also overpriced and garbage if you’ve ever had quality kratom you can actually get for cheaper. He also ripped off another well known head shop with nearly everything, even the logo, and is notorious to that head shop branch for it. I have no idea why but the owner was also a complete a**hole to my mom anytime she went in and completely looked down on her for absolutely no reason. Definitely never plan to go here again only to be ripped off and support this type of person.

Ken/Kevin (can’t remember ) was awesome! My regular smoke shop from now on. Super helpful and gave me tons of info on the product I was buying to ensure it was the correct one for me.

Love this store!!! Im a novice cigar smoker; but everytime i go here, they give me time/ attention as if im an old pro. I went in there today and was helped by Ken. He walked me through the store and exposed me to all things Smoking Bear. As with all the employees, Ken was super knowledgable and helpful. The store is always fully stocked with everything i need and dont need. Lol I dont live close to this store ;but will drive actoss town to get cigars from here!!! Great store!!!!

AVOID!!!!!Place sold my sister a defective piece, refusing to exchange or replace product after spending over $75 just yesterday on said piece. We woke up to a puddle of water under the water bong, to find it is cracked around the piece where the glass is melted together. Which is an obvious manufacturer issue. The manager is refusing to give higher up information to report the problem or fix said problem. All we wanted was an exchange on pieces. This shows the true quality and care for their pieces AND business. STAY CLEAR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PIECES.
