I rarely go into any smoke shops. The two girls at the counter, Hannah and Cashmere made me feel very welcomed and answered all of my questions politely and efficiently. I will be back, and they are expanding the store! How exciting. I never have really liked smoke shops, so this is a first time great experience for me, thank you girls and Smokin Bear!

I had great experience during the day shift when the owner was in the building but today I came in for a good cigar and I felt like I was being racially profiled by the weekend night shift! The girl at the counter was saying watch the corridor even though I was out of the corridor and just kept saying it repeatedly stating at me! If the owner can see this please retrain you’re night staff they are going to cost you business I usually come in and spend 30-50 dollars on cigars but I will not put up with this nonsense again!

I was in there earlier today, I’ve been trying to quit smoking and Cashmere not only gave me above and beyond customer service, but also helped me set up my vape , juice and pods. Definitely coming back just to see her. 10/10 recommend. GO SEE CASHMERE!!!

Always have my carton stocked up for me when I walk in. 9/10 times I walk in and they already know what I'm coming in for. No matter who is there, its always friendly and always making small talk. Ken and Hanna are very knowledgeable about what they're selling, always very helpful and kind. It's honestly the only place I stop when I need to get my smokes.

Easily my favorite shop to go to. Great customer service, can't ask for a more friendly group. Any question I've asked they had the answer too. The product range that they have is outstanding, and any recommendation I've received from the workers there hasn't left me disappointed. Definitely a shop to check out.

Went in there to get a couple coils for my magneto pen. The shops I stopped at were all out and told me just keep stopping in to see. I went into smokin bear with not much hope to find some. They didn't have any either but the gentlemen in the store opened up other pens to get the coils for me that I needed. No other stores even offered to do so. Great prices as I paid less for them there than anywhere else. Will be the only shop I go to for now on. They have everything and anything you could need.!!! Awsome place and only a few blocks from me. Found a diamond in the rough.

Smokin Bear is by far the best glass/smoke shop ive ever been to. I'd drive all the way from my house in Shelby Twp. specifically to get glass! Matt and his staff are all great, friendly people who are always down to help. Love this shop and highly recommend it to anyone :)
