Matty is not just a business owner, he absolutely is great with people. He’s honest and he doesn’t try to rip you off ever. If something goes wrong with a mod bring it to him he’ll try and fix it. He wants his customers happy and he lets them know it. He knows everyone by name and greets everyone who walks in with love. Visit this place whatever your looking for. Of Matty doesn’t have it, he’ll get it. 🙌🏽

I’ve been going to smoking bear for a couple years now and I’ve never had a complaint. Today I went in looking to buy a rig and a nail. The 2 girls there, cashmere and Shannon (sorry if I spelt it wrong 😅) were amazing helps! Cashmere helped me find a beautiful piece that was even cheaper than what I wanted to spend AND it was 25% off. They even helped me find a new torch to use, the first one didn’t work unfortunately (it happens) But they were so quick and happy to exchange it for the one I’m using now! Thank you so much you guys, you’re the best! Never gonna stop coming here or talking about this place!

Found out from another shop that the YoKang was defective and Kept having coils go bad to fast. The other employees are well and knowledgeable but after that experience I wouldn’t go back.
