Purchased a nector collector 2 days ago. Using it this morning only to have it explode on me, glycerin everywhere. Not broken but maybe a bad product I truly don’t know. Turns out a rubber piece holds in the glycerin and when heated shoots out like an arrow. Called to ask about returns, they can’t help after the glass leaves the store. They would be willing to give a few bucks off another rig. No questions or offer to look at it. The woman on the phone said we may have cracked it whole freezing the glycerin. Had she asked a few questions or had any interest at all she would have heard it wasn’t broken at all just now missing the glycerin and honestly I’m not comfortable using it. Guess it’s important to know return policy on items. My bad, in the future I will be more careful but this place won’t see our business again.

I have to be honest I used to go to Zaines smoke shop on Carew because it was the only shop I knew of around me. Until my boyfriend had started growing his own plants and needed some grow products in which the western mass hydroponics had all of AND for good prices. Also they have a reward system that you can use and save some coin, so dope to see a reward system in a local businesses. let’s not forget to mention the raffles they almost always have going on with purely the dopest glass pieces close to me!
Really good vibe here. I recommend this place to all my friends and close family.

Awesome awesome awesome. You can find what your looking for growing needs. Owners Dan and Kayla are the best and so knowledgable in what they do. Their fur babies are so comforting as you walk in. I would definitely recommend. 😊

Great store, AWESOME prices! Staff if very very very knowledgeable about their products. But what tumps all of that, the HORRIBLE customer service from the female employee! Maybe it's just me, idk, but each time I visited the store, I didn't get that welcoming vibe, it's like she's was having a bad day. When I need something else I'll try to go on the days or times she's not working. Such a complete turn off! I would go to another hydroponic store, but this is closer to me, plus better prices! Oh well.
