After visiting and shopping at a dozen grow shops, Western Mass Hydro is by far the most impressive store in the area! It’s a one stop shop! I don’t even think about visiting any other shop. They have any product I could possibly need and at the best prices. This review simply wouldn’t do it justice, I mean the amount of products they carry is fkn mind blowing, I couldn’t believe it the first time I walked in, I was like a fat kid in a candy store 😂 family owned and operated, very professional and knowledgeable. Give them a shot!

Huge selection of products, massively knowledgeable and helpful, great customer service. My go to for all of my needs in the garden. They also have a huge selection of glass. Everything is fairly priced and they are great people. They also have an awesome rewards/points program

Absolutely love this place! The owners were so helpful and really have a lot of knowledge of their products…they had everything I needed and more…superior customer service and even dog friendly so we got to bring our fur baby in with us! Highly recommended by this satisfied customer!

I was so excited to find a place closer than Enfield that sells the product that I came to this store for. Unfortunately the service and selection this store had to offer was terrible.
The first time I was charged 5$ more than what was marked on the package, I thought maybe it was labeled wrong but when I returned the second time I confirmed the price. Not really that big of a deal, mistakes happen. However, my second visit is what sealed the deal for me. A younger female helped me this time and it was an awful experience. She kept asking me questions to help me pick a product, but would not stop cutting me off and/or interrupting me every time I opened my mouth. I appreciate a person who is knowledgeable on a product and welcome their advice but this felt more like an animal trying to assert their dominance. Why even ask questions if you are not going to listen to the customer?
This was just an incredibly frustrating experience and I ended up settling on a product that was not even what I wanted because it was impossible to get her to stop talking over me/interrupting and listen to what I wanted.
This is really unfortunate because the store seems to have a great selection of other items that would be useful to my life and a great resource but I just can not get past the terrible customer service.
2 stars only for the seemingly large selection of products. 0 stars for customer service

Friendly staff, they were happy to guide your selection. The store was well stocked with great options. Cost was inline with the area but they have loyalty discounts available. Very happy that we stopped by and was given a quick education on basics and we will be going back for future purchases.

They have everything you could possibly want!! And the manager carried 2 bags of strawberry fields to my truck for me( I hurt my back and she's awesome) and the pricess are really good
