When I first visited the store a little over a year ago, I was amazed with how knowledgeable and super friendly the owners were. I have gone to other hydroponic stores in the western Mass area and I felt awkward and judged for the type of grow I was doing but Western Mass Hydro made me feel welcome. I could honestly say that I could even see myself chilling at the store and enjoying the knowledge and chill vibes. 100% recommended!

I would like to say that this store is very helpful for beginners growing. Great costumer service and helpful on just about every level. And my suggestion to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to shop for anything you need, this is it. And a big thanks to the lady who is always in store ☺️

Everytime I had issues with my grow these guys were always there. They are very respectfully and knowledgeable. I was there recently because I had a humidity issue that was causing powdery mildew, and honestly being at that mind set of panic because of your harvest the young lady there could of sold me the highest priced product there but she didn't she let me make my decision without pressure. Thanks guys you will always have my business.

This is a great place to go for all your indoor grow needs. Friendly staff informative and now they have seeds . No more sketchy online seed banks that take for every or never. You will be satisfied with there service.

Very nice couple that owns and operates the store, my husband and I go there at least once a week and we have NEVER had a bad experience. They're extremely knowledgable and can point you in the right direction no matter what your needs are. They have an extensive inventory and know about each item they stock. Oh, and their beautiful fur babies make the experience of shopping there even better. Highly recommend WMHydro, We won't go anywhere else!
