Owners allow the block sidewalk to fill up with garbage left behind by customers. Very poor neighbors. Rather than sweep his sidewalk, owner later tracked down my work number called me to harangue me about my poor review of his business. Because of this I will complain to city.

Nothing like a local, family run brick and mortar store. Shout out to Mike and Collin for running a grade A, class act establishment. The only destination for the newest and hottest vape gear. Perfect pricing, availability and selection of STIG and POSH disposables. Helped me quit smoking, so do I in part owe them my life? Maybe! Every. Single. Staff. Member is quick to great customers, answers questions while able to offer recommendations and very promt, professional and polite. Mike takes care of his guys by providing them a living wage. So they then can take care of all your needs. 5/5

I purchase 4-6 disposables at a time so My trips to the store are limited. I just got 2 grape blows and four other flavors. Both grapes are broken and when I went back in they told me too bad I have to open all my disposables in the store to get an exchange. I should not have to worry about the quality of a new product. This is a terrible policy and poor customer service.

These guys sold me $125 of equipment that broke on the first use. I tried to bring it in an have it looked at and was kicked out of the door. I felt as if i was threatened for even trying to ask a question. Great store, but poor experience with helping customers and hospitality. I'm probably done buying from these guys for the rest of my life.

Worst customer experience EVER!! rude, rude rude. I will NEVER go back or spend another penny here. Over priced anyway and the glass is cheap knock off. The cashier (skinny, white guy with a red sweatshirt)needs a good dose of act right .Hope the owner selects better staff as this place is trash because of the staff!

Terrible customer service. I almost walked out of the store the employee was so rude. I asked for help and he got snippy with me and then when I asked for a recommendation he got mad saying “I don’t know dude they are all the same just pick one and get out”. If I were the owner of this store I would spend more time training your employees. Terrible experience and won’t be using them again.
