He was very professional and understanding. Situations occur and I respect a Business Owner that cares enough to reach out and make a situation right.. that is great customer service and I will happily continue to shop there!!!

One employee tells u the price that is different from the price that is charged by the lad at the counter. When i asked about it, the lad at the counter gave me a fierce look. Employees of this business are dumb and rude and does not care about customer service rather listen to loud music. Was a loyal customer but I guess had to take my business elsewhere. I suggest the owner should hire a responsible sales person rather than having multiple angry lads hanging around at the cashiers counter.
I suggest that if someone wants to get good customer service then take your business elsewhere.

Best smoke shop in Iowa City, hands down. The employees are extremely chill and love to chat. They know their stuff and will give you lots of advice and information if you ask. Do keep in mind that these people's whole lives revolve around smoking, so they do have a high tolerance and may suggest more than you can handle if you're a beginner. π friendly, helps the employees chill during their shifts. They have a variety of pipes, bongs, one-hitters, and other herbal smoking accessories. Limited grinder selection. A variety of vapes & vape accessories. Legal hemp products, verified and reliability less risky than buying from some guy you know. Hemp products include HHC, CBD, and THC edibles. Current hemp-derived delta-9 THC products are Sin City gummies (all varieties sold: indica, sativa and hybrid) for around $15, TrΔ House chocolate chip cookie with CBD for around $10, and Enjoy delta-9 infused fast-acting syrup (all varieties sold: blue raspberry sativa, watermelon sativa, strawberry hybrid, and pineapple indica) for around $40. You can look these brands up online for more info on the products. They all are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and meet current Iowa regulations (as of Oct 2022). The pineapple syrup sells out fast, may not be available at all times. The high is definitely weird if you've never had a pure THC product. Proceed with caution. Kratom is sold here. Additionally there is a diverse variety of smoking-related and drug-related products that I have no idea about, so go here even if you're not sure if they have it. Chances are, if they don't have something, they can tell you how to get it. Patronage is primarily college students and college-aged non-students, mostly stoners or allied folks. Vast inventory of glass wear, vape products and many smoking accessories. Only complaint is the staff is helpfully when you can get their attention, always seems to be friends or old employees visiting and having a good time so not that quick in and out.
