Place is well organized and cleaned. They open disposables for you and let you test them in the store, if they're bad in a way, they get you a new one. Justin is the employee I see the most and he is very knowledgable. Highly recommend this place.

Employees are rude! Not only are myself and friends rudely spoken to when we call in, I just walked in by myself (with my ID) and some guy next to me didn’t have his on him and the short, male worker yelled at both of us to get out and quit wasting his time and then used vulgar language directed at the other male. But 5 stars to the coralville location!

Almost Paradise was a place I went often about a year ago. Since then they have hired new employees who do not take any time to get to know reoccurring customers. They are also extremely rude. The man I spoke with barely spoke up and was extremely rude to me and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. 0/10 never going here again. Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely rude. I recommend going to Up in Smoke in Iowa City. Way better service.

I had never been in here before, but i will DEFINITELY be back. The guys were super nice! I got two things that wouldnt ring up and i felt so bad. I apologized and they both said no no truly thank you now we can get them fixed. So so nice. Great staff!

Went and got a brand new vape turns out only work for coulke puffs and quit working they told they couldn't do anything about it since left the store I'm sure cant be the only one who has have that problem quit vaping rigth there in then it's not worth the headache

Great people working at this store, they were very patient with me, I needed a glass piece replacement and bought the wrong one not knowing, when I went back to the store they helped me find the right piece I needed and didn’t charge me, I would definitely recommend checking out Almost Paradise if you haven’t, keep up the good work guys.
