Great experience had trouble finding what I was looking for online called ahead of time to make sure and these guys were great and knowledgeable and the shop looked great. Great selection 10/10

Purchased a ego1 kit from here. About a month later the battery stopped functioning or taking a charge. Took it back to the shop, all they could do was recommend I put it in rice and sell me another one. Chalking it up to faulty electronics, I purchased another one. Two weeks later this battery has failed in the same way. When asked what could be done the sales associate immediately reverted to "No exchanges No refunds No warranty". There is also No sign stating this and No text on the receipt stating this. I have been purchasing juice from them since I moved here, sadly I will not be returning.
