Just wanted to show some appreciation for this place. These guys know how to run a shop. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are happy to explain things and give opinions. They're honest, too. If there is a comparable product that is cheaper, they will let you know. I've been here 3 or 4 times over the past year and it is always a good experience. Now I won't go anywhere else for my vape needs. Keep up the good work, guys!

Nothing short of amazing! John helped me through the entire process of picking out a dab rig and he was nice and helpful the entire time! Even hooked me up with a free bong mat and dabber! Awesome glass, would definitely recommend, especially John.

I came into this Cigar Shop, just to check it out really, It turned out to be a cozy and welcoming place, pretty socially open too lol. I saw a couple of people just walk with a cigarette so I had a good chuckle over that. The Cashier was really helpful in recommending the right products to try. I'd say a really friendly place, I see no reason why this shop could possibly get a negative review... If anything they should get an award for just how friendly and Laid back they are!

Decent selection, one of the better shops in the area. I just wasn’t digging the vibe I got once I said I was going to look online first. The customer service definitely changed after that comment despite the fact that I’ve purchased two bigger glass pieces there in the past.

The best shop around. I've been coming here since they opened and I've always received the friendliest service from guys who are passionate about their products and are eager to guide you (particularly when it comes to advice on devices), not just sell to you. Great prices, HUGE glass and CBD collection too. Just got my Lost Vape Quest the other day, absolutely loving it. If you're anywhere near Westmont, don't bother with any of the shops on Ogden, just go to Rocky's!

Came to Illinois on vacation and needed gas. Pulled up to a random speedway. No idea where I'm at. Saw a smoke shop next door and just decided to walk in and check it out. Immediately welcomed by the young guy and girl working the front. They were both awesome people. Told them what I was looking for and within 5 mins they got me everything I needed. Spent an extra 20 mins just kickin it with them. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a smoke shop. 10 out of 10 recommend.
