Rocky's Smoke & Vape

I have been coming into this shop pretty regularly for a couple years now and literally everytime my husband or myself have gone in to make a purchase everyone there has been so kind and accommodating! They ALL really go out of the way to please their customers! Their products are top of the line and have never disappointed us one bit! This is an absolutely wonderful shop and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch or try new! Again I can't say enough good things about this place!!!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually wear their masks - so I feel safe going there. They are also able to order items that I would like and offer fair prices. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff... Loving our new vape shop 😺

I'm sure the other staff there are as well, but these two are who I've dealt with personally everytime I've gone there. This is legit my favorite store to go to in the known area. Every time I go in there they are always super knowledgeable and actually have experience with the majority of the products, so they can give their own testimony. Super friendly and engaging, they always take care of me and I never feel pressured or confused. Keep it up guys!

Great group of folks. Dealing with them will always be a positive experience. I have specific needs, and they deliver as such that this shop had become my one stop shop for a few years now. Check them out regularly. You'll learn why I go here for my vape needs.

Rocky’s is the best. Terrific, knowledgeable staff who always take time to show me what’s new and tell me what’s up. Upscale curation of pieces and accessories. Super fresh collection of trays, glass (and even snacks!) from local artisans. Definitely recommend.

They have a lot of glass pieces but have very limited on other products.. was disappointed with the lack of professionalism with the employees. Very rude, and want to try to argue with you about how their products are so much better than other places... because you don’t want to buy the product that they recommend. Which I’ve already had two of them and both have malfunctioned. And several other people that I know have owned them as well and had the same issues. I don’t like to be pressured into buying stuff just because that’s your only option available to customers. And then just to be plain rude.. So many other places in the area that offer excellent customer service and excellent variety

AMAZING! Prices are fair, great variety, and super unique stuff! My husband and I wanted to check out a new smoke shop and we are so glad we chose this place. We worked with Jay and John and they were super nice! Loved the atmosphere and vibe! We will definitely be going back!

Super pleasant people working. They have a wide range of pipes, you can always find something decent. Im cheap but i still like a nice looking pipe and they still found me something. Very knowledgeable as well. They also carry delicious pretzels from a local vendor.

I started coming to this shop about a year ago. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience getting to know everyone there. I've seen them help countless customers and provide MORE than excellent customer service. They really care about getting people what they need and go above and beyond. Even special orders when they don't carry something your looking for. Their knowledge of products and friendliness is why I will only got to Rocky's. Thanks guys!
