Joel and staff are awesome!! I told them how long i have smoked cigs and how bad i want to quit and Joel totally hooked me up with the perfect vape and flavor! I used to smoke a pack or more a day, now i smoke a pack in 3 to 4 days and have set my quit date! I love these guys! Thank you!! ;)

Very overpriced for fairly low quality fluid. "Our fluid is actually made in a lab".... so are the vast majority of fluids. Seriously, twelve dollars per ten ml vial. Awful, and there are only a few decent flavors. I think if you buy three you get one free, but easily the most expensive vape shop in town for sub par quality fluid. Volt has higher quality for thirty mils for ten dollars, and the vast majority of other shops, vape affliction, Vape, and quite a few of the specialty ones give you better deals, in fact much better deals, on gourmet flavors and lines that they resell. I have to sell the place is remodeled well. Thats all.

A good friend of mine suggested this place and i am so disappointed. The (I assume) manager was very unhelpful and quite frankly very rude. Any questions I had were replied to with short and rude answers like I was stupid and should already know these things. Definitely will not be coming back unless there's a change in management.

So I was right in the middle of having a pretty bad day—I lost my voice to layringitis and had just gotten done crying—and decided to stop by the vape shop. As I entered the Vapor Lounge I was welcomed by the staff. Then I explained that I was very frustrated that I ruined 2 cartridges due to getting vape juice inside of where you inhale (if that makes sense) and that I needed some new ones. I also needed a smaller juice container. So they gingerly sold me some new cartridges, fillled up the new juice container with my juice, and even helped me fill my new cartridge. I don’t know the names of the enployees but they were both extremely helpful and nice to me. 10/10!
