Things were all well and good until I had issues with the devices (yes, plural) that I bought here. They don't stand behind their products when they malfunction, come up with a new excuse every time for why it's your own fault, and then charge you for replacements anyway. Worst customer service of any vape shop in the area. They are very condescending.

Hands down, great environment. I come here at least 3 times a week. The guy nick, awesome. He's usually the one who helps me with everything and my clumsiness ways when I break my vape. I'd visited the Atlantic Blvd location. Owner Justin is fabulous very caring, great customer service and a Veteran. Returned Nick sales person seem very knowledgeable of product, helpful, good customer service. A great experience both visit.
