EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE | BEAUTIFUL STORE | VETERAN OWNED
I've been using e-cigs since July 2010. I purchased supplies from online vendors. This was fine early on since there were very few vaping options available and retail stores and mall kiosks weren't 'invented' yet.
With the rapid expansion in the variety of e-cig options; new and different atomizers, replacement coils, variable voltage batteries, etc,. online purchasing has been a disappointing hit-or-miss experience. More "miss" than "hit ".
That being said, I was very reluctant to go to a vaping store because I imagined it would be like a head shop - complete with all of the paraphernalia that grandmothers are usually not associated with.
So that's why I was surprised and delighted when I opened the door to 1st Wave Vapor. It's tastefully decorated, clean and open, and dedicated to selling only electronic cigarettes and juices.
More importantly, 1st Wave is owned and operated by folks who are genuinely interested in helping their customers achieve a superior vaping experience.
Apollo, the owner, listened carefully to my needs then let me play with and test several devices until "we" found the right one for me (which by the way, I would never have purchased online on my own). I was there for almost an hour and left a very happy camper!
I went back to 1st Wave yesterday to purchase e-liquid. Apollo remembered both me and my particular needs (specifically that I'm PG sensitive) which is really impressive. I left the store a happy camper again after another fun and interesting hour.
I highly recommend 1st Wave Vapor for everyone. From young adults through "matures" and first-timers to vaping experienced - I'm confident you will enjoy the same superior experience as I did.
