Nick was absolutely amazingly, kind, and unbelievably helpful! I was having an issue with a mod I had bought for myself as a birthday present recently and he went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I love this store. First wave vapor is definitly one of the best and my favorite shop to go to. Been going there about 2 years now and have never been unhappy with service I've received from Mike for the past 2 years and has always known what he was talking about and great at helping get going at whatever stage your at. and all the guys who have worked there over the years have helped tremendously. It's always a good price and quality when it comes from first wave and a cool place to just hangout too. They truly know what they are talking about and are always as in depth as possible when setting up a new toy. I recommend this place to everyone I know that vapes and will continue too.

Today, Camila went above and beyond to help me setup the new RPMs, coil and (delicious) juice purchased from the shop. She showed me thoroughly so I can do it myself from now on and was awesome with her directions and explanation; she even set me up with a little travel to go kit to go the extra mile!!
