Showed up at 10:40 and they were still closed (store sign and online say open at 10).
Also store has tried charging me $10 for a grabba leaf because “there is a shortage” which ended about a week later and I’m pretty sure that’s price gouging lol.
Further more every employee I’ve spoken too is on their 2 week “unpaid training” and when I come back 2 weeks later there’s always a new person. Kinda fishy. Almost like they never pay employees, super sketchy. (Probably explains why they weren’t open today at 10:00. Another person realized they are never getting paid and quit lol)
Great selection tho. Some things are fairly priced so I go for these. Aka bowls, vapes, screens, slides, bongs, hookah and accessories, things you can only get from a smoke shop. If it’s available elsewhere though, go elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady that works there with the colorful hair was extremely rude to me when I explained that I wanted to change a disposable nicotine device since the one they sold me was burnt. They recommend testing it in the store but that requires for your mask to be off and violates Covid regulations. Which also, she was not wearing a mask and was walking around the store putting things in the shelves. There wasn’t hand sanitizer and the place is rather small, and plenty of people were inside. Will never go here again.

Went in looking for Kratom and ending up leaving with the right product at the best price. Customer service is great and Chico really helped me what a great guy and very knowledgeable. I recommended this smoke shop for any smoking needs even things like juul pods because of the great prices. Definitely my new smoke shop
