this is hands down the best smoke shop in Jacksonville. ive been in the business for 15 years and these people know their stuff and will beat anyone's deals or prices. shout out to the girl who always helps me with siZing a banger bucket to my enail coils! so helpful and always looking out ! i wont go anywhere else check this place out !

The taller female employee with brown curly hair is definitely on something. A friend of mine noticed, then my girlfriend noticed so then I decided to experience it for myself and she did not disappoint. Very unprofessional. The employee seemed as if she was about to pass out and could not speak without slurring her words. Actually made me feel uncomfortable. I live in the area and this is very sad to see especially because it’s so convenient for me being close to the house. Will not be returning until she’s gone.

The most trill smoke shop in Jax! Great selection of disposables with a great turn around when they are out of stock. Cait was quite knowledgeable and hella friendly behind the counter. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a 100 ML bottle of Vanilla Custard and realized after opening the bottle that they gave me the strawberry version. Returned the next day to swap it out and was told that since I opened it I owned it. Packaging was nearly identical, but somehow their mistake became mine. Not going to sweat the $20 but thought you should be aware that their customer service is zilch. I politely set the bottle on the counter and walked out. She laughed and said Merry Christmas...

This is amazing with excellent inventory! I can come by to look for art and new pipes. They also have a nice selection of cigars and hookahs, with plenty of accessories. Plus, with their selection of mods and pens for vaping are amazing! I suggest that anyone in the area should check them out! I'm already writing up a list of gifts to buy!!

OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE GIVING AWAY SOMETHING FOR FREE TO MAKE PEOPLE LEAVE 5 star reviews. Be very skeptical of that alone. If you have to buy reviews you’re not doing something right.

Don't trust the products here. 2 days ago I was sold what was supposed to be a Volcano Vaporizer in legitimate looking packaging, but when I attempted to register to it get the warranty that comes with Storz & Bickell products, I found out that the serial number was already used. Looking more closely at it, I was able to determine that it is a counterfeit from doing some research and comparing it to the other known counterfeits. The owner refused to do anything about this even though I had been shopping there for years. They have just lost a loyal customer and I feel like they just swindled me out of $500. What makes it suck even more is I specifically chose to support my local shop when I could have got it for cheaper online. I guess it shows just being a friendly owner doesn't mean you are doing right by your customers... Time to find a new shop.

This smoke shops is the best smoke shop I’ve eveeer seen. I can’t believe the variety of things they have in there. I love the Avondale area and I think it’s a nice addition. The staff is extremely cool and knowledgeable, I met Courtney and George tonight and they were awesome. I’m glad the shops there, they also have some cool deals going right now. I bought a cool ass piece cheap as hell!
