Every time I come to The Hotbox everyone has been nothing but kind. They take care of their customers and even chat with you if you peak their interest. I was having a really bad day and I paid for an herbal hookah. They let me chill for a good two hours and let me play my own music. They offered me snacks too. You can even bring your own video game console and hook it to their TV. They're super cool and I have definitely become a regular. Thanks guys.

I went in there to buy a new vape but I didn’t know what I wanted and the tall guy, I don’t know what his name was, smelled really badly of alcohol and he sold me a vape, saying it was really good but it burnt as soon as I left the shop and I tried going back in and getting a refund but he wouldn’t let me
