Tried out many hookah lounges in Colorado springs and so far this one is the best. The owners hospitality is top notch and they know their hookahs. They kindly check often to make sure we are happy as well as offer drinks while you are enjoying your time. They also have a abundant amount of other products in the store and from what I've seen great quality glass too. Each hookah seating area has their own smart TV so you can play what ever you want.

Had a great first time experience. I was definitely happy with the CBD options. We chose the apple. The hookah was also a beautiful purple color. I definitely would go back. The other spots look a little bit shady but not this one. It was well lit and had various smoke options. The big screen tvs were a nice addition to this experience. Brandon was awesome and made us feel welcome.

We were looking for a local smoke shop and we found it! This place is super chill! The atmosphere is welcoming and (smells really, reall good) clean.
The product selection was in really good taste. Loads of unique glass, kits, knick knacks, and honestly just every where we turned, something cool to look at!
Pricing is in a good range. 👍 We picked up what we needed from KYLE for a lot less than we spent at other places.
Speaking of Kyle...He knows his stuff and makes it super easy to ask questions and look at things up close, doesn't make you feel dumb or silly. He makes you feel like a customer that comes in all the time. Definitely talk to him, he can teach ya a thing or two. Thank you again for teaching this old dog new tricks! 🤣🤣🤣

They made a bad day better after we broke our most heavily used piece of glass. The manager takes pride in handpicking each piece for sale. The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We totally upgraded for a fair price. 10/10 recommend The Hotbox to anyone looking for quality 420 gear.

I come in here all the time I love the service but recently the last time I went In this tall guy helping me reeked of alcohol and he was very rude. He didn’t know what he was doing. He was grabbing the wrong vapes and getting mad at me when I told and pointed out what I wanted multiple times and He kept trying to push me to get vapes I didn’t want

Super chill hookah lounge, $10/person for a hookah with refills being just $8 with no time limit. Cheap snacks and refreshments, free pool, and other games. They also provide vape juice refills along with a plethora of other perchaseables. Lastly the staff is super friendly,down to earth, and they really enjoy the community. If you're not looking for anything too pretentious, this is the spot for you.
