Prices way too high. I went in and saw mostly clones at way to high prices. For example I bought an m80 pro plus at another store for $65 this place wants $109. Also a lot of the clones they sell seem to double the online prices. The people were friendly until their buddy's got there. Then I was promptly placed on the pay no mind list. I would rather pay more and support a local business but I won't be stupid if there is another business with better service and prices. Also I don't like a store that isn't upfront about clones. If you sell clones they should be listed as such. Not when asked they say I believe it is a clone.

This place DOES NOT back their products! I bought a little vape pen from them took it home, put in the wick/coil filled it up waited 10min or so to make sure it was primed enough to vape. I've been vaping since it all started so I know what I'm doing..all the vape juice leaked out of it! There weren't any cracks or splits, I didn't over fill it..I double checked everything and tried again..same thing, all the juice leaked out, it was a huge mess! When I bought it the guy that sold it to me told me if anything was wrong I could bring it back within 30 days..I had my roommate take it back a couple days later because I was sick (not virus) WITH THE RECIEPT not only did they NOT take it back (I was willing to exchange it) the guy "( turns out he's the owner) was extraordinarily rude! My roomie explained what was wrong with the product and why we were bringing back to him, he insisted he didn't do returns unless it was something electronic, he said he wouldn't do it for leaking issues all the while..every other word he used was the Fword, he was very defensive and argumenitive, and saying we must have left it in a hot car and would hardly let my roomie get a word out while insinuating that we were stupid ( I was on speaker with roomie & owner) and since we didn't try EVERY coil we didn't know what were doing because were dumb girls. I then talked to just him and told him this wasn't the first time I'd tried to immediately return a defective product from them and was turned away. That's when he insisted he trained ALL of his employees to tell customers that they only took returns for certain issues..thats when I told the little rude snot that his employee said nothing of the sort to me, lo & behold his employee was selling a vape pen to another customer in front of my roomie and didn't say a word about their return policy! Basically they just sell products and if you have a problem with it your referred to the manufacturer, they take ZERO responsibility for what they sell so you might as well just order your vape products from them and bypass Dragons Lair. I know this is common practice among privately owned vape stores but I've had them take the product back or at least be polite about it. In summation it was a horrible experience, he not only didn't even try to make it right he was abusive, rude & condescending and the Fword made up the majority of his vocabulary. Oh and they have a lousy selection of products. to.

Been coming here for around 7 months now on and off. I sometimes try other vape shops but always come back to this one. They always have everything i need.

The staff that works here is always knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great, and they have an astronomical amount of E-juices, both house blend and premium.

Bridger was very helpful in helping me find the right products to fit my needs, I even received a discount my first visit for installing their app. I finally kicked cigarettes in July 2016. Every time I come back they help me find more flavors to suit my tastes. Best vape shop in Colorado Springs by far, highly recommended!

I gladly drive from the other side of the Springs to refuel my rig here at Dragons Lair. Best prices I've found, and they have a great selection. Even more... they have all kinds of discounts/specials, including top shelf juices. I've had a few free bottles of Churrios over the past year! They know how to treat the customer. My #1 vape shop.

They have the best prices I've found around town and the most knowledgeable folks working there. If I'm working on the other side of town I will either wait, or actually drive 15-20 minutes to go here instead of anywhere else.

Customer service was outstanding. Prices were very competitive and if you've never vaped before, they thoroughly educate you and help you in every aspect possible. They aren't in it for just a simple sale, they are in it to get the best customer relationship possible. I'll be back!

BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE SPRINGS!! Tastiest juice in town! Fair prices as well. Friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the cleanest and nicest vape stores I've been to in the country. The owner is always up to date and seems compliant with the ridiculous FDA bullshiz going on. Alaina knows the products inside and out...she always has a good story and makes me laugh every time I drop by. If you vape or are even remotely interested, you should stop in and see what they have to offer.

Absolutely great atmosphere, staff are amazing people, easy to get along with nonetheless, customers are friendly, again. Atmosphere aside, they have to have among some of the best house blends that’s i know of. 10/10 would vape again :)
