My vape went out two weeks into having it. I went to exchange it and they informed me they had to do a diagnostic on it (this included trying to charge it, which it won't hold a charge.), before they could exchange or refund me. Which is extremely inconvenient as I am going camping for the weekend. Just wish they didn't make it seem like it was a simple exchange or refund when we bought it. He claims he informed me about the diagnostic, but I recall them emphasizing how convenient their returns were compared to others. UPDATE: So now your saying that you did not have problems with it and are not going to honor the exchange or refund? You claim that returns are easy yet there are multiple people giving bad reviews saying otherwise. After reading through these reviews I had a feeling you were going to do that. I charged that defective vape overnight to only get a flashing red light. I would kindly like a refund, thanks.

This place is amazing. The owner is very helpful and answered my many questions. Basically have anything you could ever want with juice, devices and disposables. Will for sure only be going here from now on!

Love these guys! Everyone is happy to help very friendly and knowledgeable, prices are great and the owner tries to get to know all his patrons, its always a good time when I go!

This is by far the best vape store in town! Great rewards and the owner is a stand up dude. The 2 other dudes behind the counter are awesome as well. Bought in a unit I purchased a few weeks ago that had malfunctioned and walked out with a new one, no charge, no hassles. I'm a loyal dude and this place definitely has that from me! Appreciate you guys!

Update after 2yrs** still the most sophisticated vape store I've ever been to!
Skip knows his stuff, we appreciate when employees can confidently advise you on purchases. The prices here are better than Cheif Vapor. Only downside is they only sell big bottles which is nice but I also am concerned about vape tongue so I'll try to update as I can. They have daily specials and a rewards program worth opting into.
