Allana is very professional and kind! She is knowledgeable of all store products and can recommend a great fit for each customer. The house juice flavors are rich in taste and are my personal favorites out of any other vape shops in the Springs.

I just went in here to pickup a new MOD for my bf... he is deployed and they threw away his MOD at customs going over there. The guy here, Bridger I believe, was extremely knowledgeable and in the time I was there, he answered probably 100+ questions from people and he was the ONLY one working! I never write reviews honestly but this guy needs a raise for sure. I've worked in customer service a long time and I would've been frustrated and irritable with people.. he was calm, polite and giving the best service I've seen in a long time!

Went to 3 other places before Dragons Lair's staff was able to finally help me with a very unconventional setup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, got me setup with exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend this store and the people in it. Was glad to finally get some proper help as apparently the 3 other store I visited had no clue about thier own products. Thanks again Dragons Lair Vape!!

The guy who owns this place is really great always super helpful. They carry mostly more expensive brands of juice but the house juices are pretty yummy especially the dutchess flavor. I think the house juices are priced at 20$ for 100ml.

The reason for the three stars’, is because of the dissatisfaction I got from not being able to exchange my device. I feel that with talking to the store owner I can understand from a business point but come on man! If you were to buy a car and it overheat only on Tuesdays and they tell you well its normal and you shouldn't be afraid about it. You would take it back and be like hey give me an exchange or give me my money back. However, I didn't get to get either and I am stuck with a mod I am really displeased with. Other than that, the service is spot on and their selection of vapor juice is larger than any. store I been to thus far. Sadly I will be taking my business somewhere else.

HONESTLY, think free flip flops or one free vape juice is significant enough to pay for what I paid for the device come on man really. but I’m not trying to dispute, this why I said "sadly I am going to go and take my business elsewhere”. You make it seem like you really bent backwards for me. I wasn't trying to get free stuff i just wanted to give back the device for overheating at the bottom and buy a better one from you, but it is what it is.

Really friendly, I like the conversation the employees give. Pretty cool environment and I've only tried one juice and it was horrible but I won't base it off one juice I'll have to try some others. Other customers seem to like specific house juices. Their selection is decent on premium juices but could use some more variety. I think the prices are a little too high. I was talking about it to one of the owners and he was honest and cool about it and I understand why because they arent as big as some shops and can't get the product as cheap as others. But I'll for sure come by for some other juices to try. It's gotta be hard to start a vape shop and get big selection and more premium juice. Hope to see growth. Everyone should at least check it out.

This place is my favorite vape shop. I am very particular in picking out my juicesand the staff is always patient and helps me find something that suits me, even if after I don't like it and come back. sometimes I get a discount when I come back that day because they understand juice is expensive. Great spot for juice and mods. The guys here are super friendly and know what they are talking about. Excellent service. Most places I've been, halfway thru a bottle of juice, I can't taste it anymore, but the quality here is unmatched anywhere! 5 out of 5 stars and I'll be back time and time again.
