USA Smoke & Vape

After passing by 3 other vape shops that had the tiniest parking lots all full of cars, both parked and in the lanes waiting for someone to leave, I found USA Smoke & Vape, and a parking spot that didn’t make me feel like I should wrap my car with rubber bumpers. It was getting late in the evening and quite dark out which made the oh-so-very-well-lit display cases just that much brighter; and inviting too. It was obvious someone took great care in setting up the displays and likely took some time to consider the proper place for each piece. I just came in for some coils and juice but damn those were some nice trays. All of the glassware was glistening and the entire shop was the cleanest I’ve seen.

A voice greeted me from the back as I slowly made my way through the store. A tall gentleman stood ready to assist and I asked if they had any kangertech coils in stock. I wish I had gotten his name as he was very helpful and kind. He probably has a cool name like Vladimir but he goes by Vlad. Anyway, he wasn’t sure if he had them, understandable as the various types are nearly identical, but he picked up the right kind of box, just not the right version. I pulled it up on my phone since he wanted to be sure he was selling the right one I wanted. SSOCC in 0.5ohms was the next one he picked up and we had a match. He opened the box which had 3 of the 5 coils inside. I asked if he had a full box and he said he did and pulled another box off the shelf. Sweet! On to the juice.....

I use a 12mg juice with a cereal milk or vanilla custard type preference for the flavor. He pointed me in the direction of an entire case with a wide variety of juices and said I could pick any of them since he had each strength of nicotine available for every one of them. This was the first time in quite a long time that I’ve had so many from which to choose. Most shops carry a 12 in just a handful of juices. Granted, these were all the smaller 15ml bottles, but since my 100ml bottle was down to the last few drops, I just needed something to hold me over until I could reorder. So, I decided on Vanilla Swirl and the box of coils which were priced consistent with the standard.

Everything about this quick stop at this vape shop was perfect, I wish I could’ve given 6 stars. Except for just one thing. When I got home, the box of coils had been opened from the bottom and there were only 4 inside. But, if I were to take away a star for that, this shop would still get 5 stars from me. That’s how much I appreciate better than good customer service.
I’ve marked this shop as a favorite so if I’m ever back in the area I know right where to go.

Today I went to the store.the service was not to good these time.these was my 3rd time going.the guys that was working there was not really helping me.i ask questions.and all he keep on saying. I don't know what is that for I just work here.pluss when I came to pay.i a homeless man came in.and he was yelling at him to get out.in that monment I had give him the money.and he walk away from the cashier without gaving my change back.i ask him for my change.and he said he had give me my changed back.when it wasn't like that.and I replied my self to give me my change back and he keep on telling me that he had give me the money back.when a older lady came and told him.and said yes they r rite u didn't give her the money.u just walk to the door.and then he was ooh ok.my point is why won't he believed me that he didn't give me my change .it was because was I was buy.???.they need to have more costome servece excited.it a nice store.but just the people that r working there is not that nice..
