Beware! Selling Dead Vapes. I Been Coming Here For Two years and as of the past month the top shine and flum vapes i have been buying are dying early they claim 4000 puffs there is no juice after 1000 puffs. i havent even recharged it yet. ive already bought 4 over the past 3 weeks! Everytime i go inside there i leave the cashier/manager a tip, and when i called today and explained what happened he refused to replace my vape! What a terrible place.

If it were possible to give negative star minus -* rating I would. 1 star being the lowest, that's what "Bob" ruined it's reputation. Not only for myself but other people who have witnessed the unprofessional and extremely rude behavior of "Bob" are talking. The trouble started for me when I asked him for some assistance. Perhaps the guy is grumpy for being the store's one employee that I've noticed. He's there alone for all hours that its open and who knows when its closed for business what he does. That's not my fault or issue so don't take the hatred you have for your job out on the customers. I'm sure he profiles who he can obviously get away with the disrespect or whatnot so you may see a difference in Bob. I went to the store shopping for a new vape product and have been given attitude to the point of leaving empty-handed. Just a few days ago purchased a zico lighter for $14 and now it doesn't work at all. I go in the store question the return policy. Rudely and abruptly says no warranty and says take it up with the owner he's currently in Tijuana be back a week or two I don't know. I thought it was reasonable to ask him questions being a specialist in the field of smoke shop items such as lighters etc to just take a look and see if there was something easy to fix. Rudely rejected and kicked out of the store. I'm thru with these guys and I highly don't recommend going there for anything they offer which is nothing special at all in the first place. The end.
