This was my second time going to this place within two weeks.
The first day I walked in they were using a new POS system. I walked in and two customers walked in after me. I looked at the guy behind the counter and made eye contact so he’d come over and see me waiting and offer to help. He said “oh I don’t work here.” The two customers that came in after me were both helped and walked out the door before I was even sent to the register because I was waiting for them. After that, I expressed my worry to the manager and she swiftly sent the same guy over to me to help me that said “I don’t work here” and he quickly apologized and sent me out the door with my products after paying a $42 debit minimum fee. The first time patient deal as nice as I got a free vape pen but no cartridge.
Returning to this place a second time the following week during a lunch break to see all new staff except the security guard. I am at work within walking distance to this place. I forgot my pen at home and was going to buy a disposable cartridge, which they don’t sell. No big deal. Then I say ok, let’s buy a pen because I’m an hour away from home and I’ll buy a cartridge. “We don’t sell pens” “only the cartridges.” And she said “So do you want any flower?” And I said “Not sure, you have a $42 minimum debit fee” and she said “We’re cash only.” So the week before they did debit now they’re cash only. All leading to an unfortunate two visits to this dispensary, with only one of those visits leaving with medication.
So you sell half the item but not the full item to be used, yet you give the other half away for free? This is the second time I’ve left unhappy and the girl at thE counter waved me off behind my back as I left, I could see it in the giant glass reflections.
Overall the manager could be the owner not sure, but the lady with a tattoo and long reddish blonde hair seems to really care about the customers but when she’s not there it didn’t seem to be as loving and as caring as her towards the customers. But the security guard lady was very friendly both visits. Long time patient here. I wish my visits were more fortunate.
