FINALLY CAME IN HERE AFTER DRIVING BY SO MANY TIMES AND SEEING THEIR BILLBOARDS EVERYWHERE I GO. WAS HELPED BY ANGELINA, SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME GET EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY HAD. EVERYONE THERE WAS COOL AND HELPFUL. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Just stopped by this place and as a first timer, I walked out super impressed by their service. I forgot to ask for the name of the worker who helped us out (the receipt states Catarina so I guess that was her) but she was so incredibly helpful and her service definitely put a smile on my face. Also, the store is quite large and very clean and the setup is awesome and setup in a way that makes viewing all of your options an absolute pleasure.

The New Management advertised heavily on the outside of the store is frankly awful. Such a noticeable drop in service and products since this switch. I've been 6 times since new mgmt and the experience is consistently brutal. Always out of product, no plans ever to order more. Card Reader and ATM both not working last time. Good dispo has sadly become a joke now in my opinion.

Fooled me once wont fool me twice. Im staying away from this place. They show pictures of their display taken on the carpet? Or counter top? Now that i see that it makes sense that its a fake establishment no way ill order again.

I just bought an eighths and two disposable pens for 150$. Right when I left the store, I tried one of the pens and it was barley hitting compared to the other one, clearly there is a problem with it. They refused to exchange it for the same exact pen and they made it seem like I was a lair despite the fact I come 2-3 times a week and spend at least 100$ every time. What a shame, I shouldn't have even mentioned it to them and just never came back. And I left that pen with the bud tender, let them have and keep that damaged pen in return they lost me as a customer.
