The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. They have a really nice selection, particularly of edibles. The only negative is the surly, over-zealous security guard, but once you endure that experience and are in the store you’ll have a great time.

Today I went to Herbarium on December 5, 2020 this is the second time I've seen the customer service that wasn't up to par. For example: asking questions about product and the associate looks num ! I understand it's a dispensary marijuana business, but I'm spending money in retail environment. A lot attitude, I ask questions just to see what's new and better. I believe you should have a meeting on who wants to work there and Create and inviting energy to drive business

Would give zero stars if I could... I went to this place after a fun night at Hollywood blvd, got some chik fil a and then headed to herbarium. We chose this place cause of the reviews but regret it. The bud was fire 🔥 but they sold us a defective cart. We called and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. This was a week ago. So weak customer service.
We went back and they said they couldn't swap out my cart cause ten days had passed but didn't even answer their phone when we originally called or called us back. By the time we could drive back they said no returns after ten days. So I'll leave the one star review and won't return. Thanks for nothing herbarium!!! Sticking to other dispensaries from now on.
