These people are great. I had a vape quit working the following day. I went in and they explained what I already knew no returns of Puff it products. But said if u.dont mind before we throw it let me see whats up??? I agreed and went back the following day and he had fixed it. Just great Customer Service nothing more. Guess what thats all a company needs to stand out. By the way the issue was the pod not the battery. So Then i bought 2 more and my buddy bought a Bong.
For the knuckle heads who were disappointed because he can't take it back. I really hope your smarter then that and if you contact the Vape Battery Company directly ussually they will have you send it back with the reciept and when they verify the failure they have sent me 2 in the past. Great place 👍👍👍
