The service was okay. I got a discount for my overall setup so that was cool. I was not happy after 2 weeks, my torch took a dive. 30$ wasted. I bough a mod here too a while back which was bunk too. Ive bought a few things here, and the service is always good, but the products are hit and miss. make sure to do your homework.

I loved this place! Pricey, but worth it! The store was very clean, organized, smelled lovely & you could INSTANTLY tell someone really cared abt the appearance of the business. Great quality to possess if one is a business owner.

These reviews aren't lies. To begin, I went in there to buy a Grenco Science Gpen micro.. It was $30 which online for 2 of the same product it is $40. Not only did she claim the product was real during the transaction but once I verified it was counterfeit product, she was unwilling to give me a refund. Nonetheless, I am never returning to this shop and would not trust any name brand equipment sold in the store. She(the owner) also sells product to minors. Overall, terrible shop, terrible product, and terrible service. While my review is bias due to receiving counterfeit product, even prior to buying the pen itself I hated that shop. They always close early and everything is overpriced.. And now I don't even know if it's real or not. Avoid this place at all costs.

Every time I've been here, it's always been a good experience. The people are friendly prices aren't too hopped up. For such a small store, they've actually got a pretty good selection of pipes, products and accessories.

Dont ignore the crap reviews. I bought a cloud pen there (80$) and went to get a replacement coil. $20 for the coil. Walk to my car try and put the coil it, doesn't fit and breaks my entire pen. Not happy I go back in to show her it clearly doesn't fit and that now the pen doesn't work. I wanted a refund for the obviously unused 20$ coil that destroyed my pen and she said 'sorry I Dont do refunds on cloud products' seriously walked out the door and back in less than 2 minutes. I will never shop there again and will warn everyone I know of their less than stellar business practices.
