It's a cool place, decent prices, polite staff, the only off-putting part in my opinion is that many of the employees have zero knowledge about the products they're selling, but overall I recommend.

One of my favorite stops! This little shop is a very typical tobacco shop in some aspects however, their prices set them apart from their competitors. Most items in a shop such as this are wallet breakers. Not here. I have found over my several visits that their glassware is very reasonably priced. They have a large selection of CBD products. They have flower, gummies and concentrates available in a variety of flavors, strains and product lines and gives you not only variety but great pricing. Every employee I have spoken with is knowledgeable about various products and very helpful. I understand they have a wide variety of hooka supplies and products, but since I do not do hooka I can not expound further about these products other than to say, they have them. I have enjoyed my visits here and look forward to the next!

Me and my daughter she's grown of course.. We stopped in because a friend of mines told me go to a Vape shop not a gas station to buy a Vape... The gentleman was very knowledgeable and personable! He didn't have a problem answering all my questions and explaining abt the Vape.. He also made sure both of them worked properly before we left out... I will be returning most definitely !!

The manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Sold a defective pack of Juul pods and refused a refund. I had just bought them a few minutes prior, and he had the audacity to refuse a return or rectify the issue. Iβve spent well over $1000 on defective products that always seemed to break after a few weeks of use. Pick somewhere else, you wonβt regret it.

I am HIGHLY disappointed with Royal Tobacco. I have been buying pods there for my juul since I started vaping in January. Never really had an issue, staff has always been great.
Yesterday, 5/24/19, I went in and bought some pods by βVQ PODSβ, an off brand that I figured I would try. They wouldnβt work and I first I thought it was something wrong with my juul. After a while of trying to figure it out, I finally looked at the bottom of the pods and they are DISGUSTING. They look like theyβve been leaking for a while and look almost like a corrosive battery. I absolutely cannot smoke that.
So, I went back to the store today in hopes of exchanging. DID NOT WANT A REFUND, JUST AN EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING I USUALLY VAPE. I was told that they couldnβt help me, that the boss had told them no exchanges of any kind. I understand it is not the workers fault, but I am highly disappointed from a customer service aspect. The worker looked at it, admitted it was disgusting (3 out of 4 pods had this), and apologized but there was nothing he could do. I Spent $12, all for disgusting unusable pods. I will try to post pictures of the pods.
This is just a poor way to retain customers. If something is wrong that is OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, the customer should be taken care of. Period. I have worked customer service for 10+ years and this is not a good way to handle business. Unfortunately, because of this incident, I will no longer be a customer of royal tobacco, and I hate that because they have an awesome selection.

This review is for one the male employees whoβs name I donβt know since he refused to tell me. I went over to the store to make a quick purchase, and when he asked for my ID I have him my drivers license. He insisted my drivers license was fake and yelled at me multiple times to leave the store and he said he would call the cops on me if I didnβt leave!! For giving him my ID! This kid is ridiculous! I was just standing there astounded asking him why he was being so rude and why he wasnβt willing to let me give him further proof that the ID belonged to me. He very rudely invited me out the store and I had to go make my purchases to another smoke shop nearby. He said that is how their boss wants them to run the place. I recommend anyone to BUY THEIR SMOKING PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE so you donβt have to deal with the rude behavior of their employees.

I have waited over 15+ minutes for them to open and I am not the only one. Usually service is pretty tight but this is unforgivable when one is on a tight schedule and I try to stop in for a disposable nicotine device and I have to wait 15+ minutes. I couldve just driven to another store if I wouldve known if wouldve taken this long!
If you're not going to be open at 10 do not list your opening time as 10. Instead try shooting for 10:30 or 11 as to not waste the time of your hard working and fully scheduled patrons.
