DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLE VAPES HERE. They were still out of my usual kind and the salesperson offered me one that I had tried before and I told her I tried that one and it was off. That one had the burnt taste within an hour and I had to toss it. I said I’d try it since it was a different flavor. I also thought that if this one also had the burnt taste that I could swap it out. That’s the way it works everywhere else. If it’s defective they take it back and let the distributor know. I purchased and sure enough it tasted like a vape that was on its last leg. She refused to swap stating that if there was smoke coming out of it that it’s fine. I told her it tasted burnt and this was the second flavor of that type that was like that but she ignored me and walked away. Not cool to knowingly sell defective products and then refuse a swap or refund.

We come here for the hookah lounge in the back. It’s nice, spacious, and secluded. Seating is comfortable and the music is on point. It has two pool tables so you don’t have to just sit around. It’s Bring Your Own Bottle, and you can purchase chasers at the counter. Service is always great. Dope vibe spot.

This is a great little spot for cigars. Haven’t been in the lounge though. The humidor is always 25% off so the prices are excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome customer service ! I purchased vapes and they were a little defective they exchanged it with no issues at all! I didn’t have to put up a fight she politely exchanged them for me! I will most definitely come back ❤️ It’s a lengthy drive but worth it ❤️

I come here often. Today I visited and got my usual 2 vapes. I tested them in store, per the signs/business request. I got 2 of the same vape/flavor. One was fine and the other ,however, was defective. So I told the employee the issue and she asked if I would like another one. She then proceeded to tell me it would be $15. In confusion, I asked if I couldn't swap the vape out and she refused to do so. SO CUSTOMER GETS A DEFECTIVE DEVICE AND THE EMPLOYEE REFUSES TO EXCHANGE IT. Im not sure what person would see this as a good business practice. The device was DEFECTIVE and I had not left the store, so therefore an exchange would be the right thing to do. Whats the point of testing the vape before leaving?
In addition to this, I would like to let the owner know that the taller, dark-headed white girl isn't doing anything good for your business. I would never have an employee whom wore a RBF 24/7 and who exemplified poor customer service (not just today but anytime that I have seen this girl).
ALL IN ALL, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I visited Royal for the first time today and had a great experience. The young man at the counter was very knowledgeable about all the products and patiently answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised when it came time to check out because the products were so affordable. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Solid four. About average priced e-juices and very helpful employees. Came in to buy batteries for my vape and everyone was very helpful with finding them. Had a buy one get one free sale for any e-juice in the store, so I grabbed a couple bottles while I was there. Good quality.

Bought a brand new model for the first time a well iron fist kit. Brought it home charged and filled it up with juice I bought from y'all and I can barely taste the flavor and its leaking everywhere. before I upgraded I used a smoke vape pen 22 and loved it I will be going back to the store when they open and I'm hoping my issues will be fixed. I will give y'all a chance to fix or refund my money. I will review again after I go back to the store.
