On Wed., Aug 10th, between 7-8pm. I had such a horrible experience, that I will no longer be a regular customer anymore. I walked in the store and waited in line and when it was my turn the phone rang he was on the phone for a few minutes and I just whispered if they have my kind of coils that I needed and the associate told me that if I can't wait my turn to get the hell out of his store. That was so out of line and I know I wasn't being rude at all. Nobody with that kind of social skills should be working any kind of customer service job. Any other time I've been there the people are very nice and very helpful. It sucks that one person can ruin it for a lifetime
