Great service!! Only place I'll go in casper for my vape stuff, also Great selection of glass pieces, been vaping since I could and this is by far the best place to go. Everyone is super helpful and very informative have a good time everytime I walk in!! Even sent in my resume because the place seems like a great environment to work in.

Great customer service!!!! they've been helping me with the Vapes. Avery has been helping as much as he can. Kyle has been also great to us every time we have a question he's always on top of it he helps us out. Zack is one of the best people I've dealt with as well he's currently fixing my cyborg the charger port fell out and he's done anything and everything that he can to fix it for me after you fixes one of them and gets it up and running again we are going to be taking another one to him currently my OBS Vape mod is being stubborn and not saying that don't have an atomizer Avery is fixing it for me and he is doing an awesome job keep up the good work and I will be definitely coming back more often

Supreme customer service, right out of the gate. The gentleman that helped me was stellar. His knowledge is top notch, he was respect full and a joy to deal with. The store is clean, well stocked and well lit. I also appreciate that the store didn't stink from heavy perfumes air fresheners and the like.

Straight trash 🗑️!!… overly priced on everything and didn’t honor their customer on a $65 dollar return! Claim there isn’t returns and claims sales are final when there is nothing posted at all in the entire store nor was I told they were to busy trying to promote there music production service! Never going back to this joke of a business! I stand on that! I wouldn’t even give a star but I at least have to leave a star! 👎🏽🗑️
