I've been buying Flex-all 420 Lavender for years for my chronic illness and I've never had a problem. This time it was scented with menthol and not lavender even though the container said lavender. None of the ingredients in the Lavender Scented one contain mint at all so clearly it was mislabeled. I am very allergic to mint and had a reaction and an asthma attack. We talked to an employee and they offered us $10 off another container but could not verify that this one was not mislabeled as well. I will not be shopping there anymore because obviously don't care about mislabeled products.

Something that’s lacking at dispensaries in Vancouver is customer service. I’m always greeted with friendliness and knowledge, here. If shopping for weed makes you nervous or uneasy, start shopping here. They will treat you like family and get you what you need! Also, best selection of quality and trustworthy products on this side of the river.

This place was awesome! The staff had a lot of information and they were all very friendly! It was a comfortable environment! I'm not a full-time smoker you could say just every once in a while so I am still learning alot! Cool place I will be coming back for sure!

Very nice and clean place! The draw back is the associates don't know their product. I asked for giggles and the want to eat cereal. What I got was lack luster and a bad body high. I asked for a head high! I'll never go back! I expect to be listined to and given what is requested.
