Knowledgeable staff are friendly and happy to answer questions and help choose the right product! I won't shop any place else! THC doesn't usually set well with me but I like the CBD flower. Also, they helped me find a topical that I hope will get rid of the skin cancer on my face. Flow Gel worked before but I decided to try something different this time. You guys Rock! :)

This review goes out solely to the customer service that McKenzie has shown me throughout my many many visits to the New Vansterdam in Vancouver WA. For the most part I don’t usually give reviews but I need to give credit where credit is due and definitely McKenzie has earned my total respect of excellent customer service & extreme knowledge of the cannabis industry! On top of that New Vansterdam always has such huge variety of quality products with a full staff that is well-versed with knowledge and that makes me returning time after time even with all there competition. So shoutout to you McKenzie and the entire crew & staff at New Vansterdam.

Hey, this place was wild. I wasn't sure if it was a head shop, dispo, or night club lol. Cool vibe, people know their stuff here and the prices are pretty decent too. The have everything a smoker would need all under one roof. Definitely worth checking and I will be returning next time I'm in Washington.

I absolutely love this dispensary! This place has a huge selection of cannabis and nearly every form it can come. Wonderful staff to help find whatever your heart desires. They also have AMAZING sales, prices, deals and a REWARDS program!!!!!! Since I've found this place I really don't go anywhere else, the prices and products are just too good to pass up.

crooks. last time i went there they made up some stuff about a pen battery to get me to buy a new one when all i wanted was a cartridge that matched. My guess is that a good percentage of the positive comments are from people who didn't bother to check whether they were bamboozled.
hey lady, my battery works, no parts are missing, and the issue was as i described. if you arent a crook and cant figure out what is going on quit smoking pot or ask your manager.
