Staff was pretty rude to me when I called and asked if they had a specific product from a specific brand. I’m sorry I have high standards and refuse to settle for anything of a lesser quality and demand nothing but the best.
so to be met with such hostility when asking a simple question is reason I don’t trust the bud tenders here. Seems like they are told to up-sell stuff and if you’re not interested they just get snippy and rude.
This store has some amazing products but the staff leave a lot to be desired.

I'm a medical cannabis patient and I needed some meds asap and I was presently greeted by Theresa who was my budtender. She is a great hire. I had some medical paperwork to fill out and was greeted by Summer whom was very knowledgeable on what the process was to obtain some medicine. Both Teresa and Summer displayed excellent customer service to me and other's while I was there. Thank you for hiring them both, I totally appreciate them🙏 Everything was done in a timely fashion and now, my pain levels are manageable due to Summer and Teresa health care recommendations with my meds. I've been an avid cannabis consumer for quite some time. I'm very familiar with many local shops: Zips, Commencement Bay, Mary Jane, etc.. but the customer service I received from Katrina this morning was phenomenal. She was attentive and knowledgeable - answered all my questions far better than budtenders at the aforementioned places. I will probably make this my new exclusive go to based on this experience and the selection - I never write Google reviews but that service rewarded one. Good stuff!

This store is awesome! I live out in the snohomish area & it’s most definitely worth the drive! Always so helpful and knows exactly what will be good for my needs! Theresa is an excellent worker and i will definitely ask for her when i come back!
