Sucks when a place lists their hours of operation as being open until a certain time, 12AM in this case, and you rush to get there from another city, and they have their doors locked 10 minutes before they’re supposed to close. I had never been there before, and I’ll never try going there again.

Decent selection and moderately friendly staff, however I have repeatedly had staff tell me I'm taking too long and grumble when I hand them my medical card. Last time the machine wasnt working and it wouldn't apply my discount for all the items instead of taking the time and making it work when there were No Other Customers she quickly pushed through the checkout telling me she just didnt have the time so she knocked off the change and gave me my total instead of fixing it and when I questioned her about it was told the total again. Very rude. But I've had similar experiences with other staff members there... I will personally not go here if it can be avoided

Was a longtime customer of this shop. Today, I went in to get some product. I was told, they can't sell it, as new owners didn't put it into the cash register computer. I asked when I should come back, when they can sell it. The staff's response was I don't know. Now, I drive out of my to go here, so this response is poor customer service at best, absolutely rude. So new owners you just started by treating your long-term customers horribly. You got some explaining to do. Do you yourself a favor go to some other shop who actually cares about customers, this place does not.

I might be nitpicking but I really do enjoy this cannabis shop but until the name is changed on here to what the store is called which is Tacoma 420 giving it higher Stars Wendy Wright since stores in called that so technically mine rating the store that I visited.
