Only one issue and it has nothing to do with the people or business!
I usually buy my Kratom online from "The Golden Monk". It's never more than $115.00 for 1000 grams (A FULL KILO) from the most reputable company (thegoldenmonk.com) based on quality, price, customer service, and guarantee. I was doing my part to support a local small business.

I usually buy green vein mang da Kratom. I passed a shop selling vape products and Kratom! Vape trade is non-existent here in northwest Montana. Anyways, I've used mang da kratom to get off heroin, to get off suboxone, for pain management and, lethargy. I asked about the types and which one he'd recommend based on two things:
1.) Lowest stimulant effect
2.) I like the kind that produces euphoria. These strains work great for minor pain and it uplifts my mood without a stimulant effect. I purchased the largest bag of "white mang da", rated 250mg (I assume per capsule), with a listed quantity of 412 capsules. They were listed at $99.99 however, the sweet guy (owner or manager?) did apply a 15% discount to accommodate for our states varying tax laws.
[I want to add that he didn't have to add a discount of any kind as Washington doesn't recognize Montana's tax exempt status any longer.]
I usually start my dose at 5-10 grams of loose bulk powder. Figuring these capsules should hold .5 gram, I started with 14 capsules. 3 hours later.....nothing. Another 10 down the hatch.....nothing. After consuming more than 30 capsules (what should be nearly a half ounce or more.).....nothing. I shrugged it off as jet lag, being tired, eating too much before, etc. The next day I didn't eat, was rested, hydrated and, still took upward of 35-40 capsules. Can you guess what it did? NOTHING!!! Not even adverse effects (feeling nauseous, dizzy, or experiencing vertigo) from overdoing it.
Long story short, the shop and employees were 5 stars! But the one product I paid steep prices for was not of good quality. I can't even resell it for loss because I'm not sure it is a genuine Kratom and if it is, I wouldn't rate an ineffective product for human consumption. Maybe some lab testing or anything else that doesn't involve ingesting it.

Bear and Joey(how ever it's spelt sorry) is always amazing to myself and my family members. They have always taken good care of us for anything we need. My ijoy broke and they fixed it completely up for me. They got me into the right mod and everything since I really didn't like my ijoy but every time I stop in they make me feel like I'm part of their family and I love it! This is the best place to go for anything that is needed!

Smh, bought some old juice that they kept in the back until the ban was lifted. Juice has steeped to the point of being unusable. Took it back in same-day to see if I could get something else and store employee told me basically “it is what it is. What am I supposed to do with it now that you’ve opened it?” And then proceeded to pretend like grocery stores don’t refund bad merchandise (they do) so I just left that nasty juice on the counter and walked out with my wasted $25.
Want customer service? Go somewhere else.

I was coming to spokane and my batteries were almost dead, got some jack n the box and saw this store across the highway. Just came in for batteries but when I showed them my mod and saw I had the battery compartment taped closed Bear said, "let me see that and I'll get rid of your tape"!! I was like ""WHAT?"!! He fixed my mod and him and Andrew gave the best possible costumer experience. Great guys and best vape store in spokane valley!!
