I love these guys! As a business owner myself, I'm impressed! They ways make sure to load me up with information on any new vape I buy, and even helped me fix one (instead of having me buy a new one) IMPRESSIVE GUYS!!! The shop is always clean and has lots of great juices to choose from. I highly recommend Valley Vape!!

About middle of the pack in pricing! But the customer service made up for it. The guy there was more than helpful on finding pods that fit my vapes with just a very vague description cause I didn't have them on me at the time! I told him some of the issues I had ran into with other shops trying to tell me I had to "buy a whole new vape pen if I wanted to get the pods that fit" and he gave me an xtra on the house! That speaks for itself, they will continue to get my business ✊👊

Awesome shop with super helpful staff. They've taught me how to build on my RDA, showed me to some killer juices, and are about the only place that carries the coils for my tank. Pretty great rewards program that essentially works out to 10% off everything ($10 credit every $100 spent)

This is the best Vape shop in Spokane, I have been going here even Since Hot-Rod Vapors Closed, and I will continue. They have always been open risking there health though the beginning of the pandemic, and even now. I will always recommend them as an excellent shop!

Love this place! While some of the prices may be a little higher, they always have stock and the guys are super friendly. No matter which coil or pod you're looking for, you'll find it here. I've moved to Post Falls in the last 6mo's and keeping coming back.

I would give no stars is that was an option. Manager is Rude and can not answer questions regarding the products they are selling especially when it is defected. The manager and staff could not help with returning a product and told us to go online to the manufacturer website. After many attempts to do this and ultimately failing the managers way to solve the problem was to offer me another one at 20% off! They have a no return policy! Once you walk out the door, they wont take it back even if you bought it damaged and realized it later. What a joke!! Lousy customer service and unknowledgeable staff. I will not shop here again or refer it to anyone. I also will write as many letters to as many people to see what my next steps are to get my product that never worked returned.
