my boyfriend went in a week ago and got sold hyde edge vapes for 14.99 a piece. total came out to 32 and some change. i go in today to get two of the same brand and style and my total comes out to 42. NO RECIPT. i call in and he tells me the price is 14.99, so why did i get over charged 10? i was told there was no refund policy in the system but that i could get another one for the 10 i was overcharged. this shop is a joke, and so are the people who work there.

Sam was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL today. Definitely my favorite sales guy 😁He was Very knowledgeable, professional yet personable too all wrapped in 1! You don't come across ppl like him everyday. I told him I wanted to try kratom for "energy source" he explained in depth info on all strains and answered my 100+ questions 👍 You could tell he genuinely cared about what ur wants/needs were rather then just making a sale! After becoming more familiar w/ Kratom thanks to "Sam" thoroughly answering ALL my questions - he recommended "White Borneo Capsule Kratom. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience at this establishment! Btw: I had visited this store 5-6x prior to today's encounter w/ Sam 👍 I VOTE "SAM" FOR #1EMPLOYEE 😇

This store is awesome & the products are great. I had a bad experience thete today however. The pod twist 2000 are awesome. The mini pod 1000 do not work the same or not right at all. I'm Very disappointed aftet spending almost $100 there today. Please make this right or I'm not going to continue to purchase products there. I spend lots of $ here regularly.
