Customer service at its finest. Sam is patient, pleasant and overall did the upmost to explain new products to me and my other half. Gus as well, was happy and served us in a clean environment. The best experience we've ever had. These two employees definitely deserve a raise! Will be coming back soon.

Amazing place! The gentlemen who helped me were very kind and more than happy to answer any questions of mine. It didnt feel like i was rushed or an annoyance they genuinely wanted to help and thats refreshing. 100% recommend as a go to!

I had nothing but praise for this business until today. The new staff at this location was not well versed in vape product package pricing . Attempted to charge price of package box that contained 2 x 60mg bottles. Package cost Retail approximately $17.50- $23.00, Rang up as $40.00! When I explained the error in pricing per bottle and not liquid PACKAGED quantity, he attempted to convince me that each bottle is taxed and sold as individual item and not package quantity.

Virginia law requires a 6.6% per ml of liquid. NOT item.So here is some math: retail price (including markup after wholesale) for packaged quantity of 120 ml liquid = $18.00 making cost per ml 15 cents. Add the 6.6% Tax per 15 cents ml =.99 cent tax per ml. One cent tax times 120 ml= $1.20 US dollars. Making total cost of package quantity $19.20.

The math Based off the cost explanation your establishment gave I assume you took the package cost after tax and applied it per bottle vs ml. Coming out to a jaw dropping total of $19.20 per 60 ml!

For sake of the argument I want to include a separate scenario: one single bottled package quantity of 120ml cost $25 after tax. Both single and double bottle packaged quantity of 120 ml, both boxed, but because one comes boxed as two small bottles containing 60 ml instead on one containing 120 ml you can charge double? unjustified individual product markup.

Lastly, I want to address the fee associated with shipping from wholesale retailer. It is one fee per shipping parcel not individual contents of parcel. Attempting to add $8 on to each individual item is even more unjustified than marking the product up 120%

Business have to make money, I get that, but marking the cost of product up 120% - 210% is really bad business just because you mistook package quantity in bottles instead of total package quantity and ml.

UPDATE: changing 1 star rating to 4. I spoke with the business and confirmed it was a error and not customary to charge by bottle and ensuring cost is base off package quantity in milliliters. I appreciate that they took the time to investigate and resolve the issue.

Overpriced and when I asked a question about a price for a delta 8 product was told 45, I said no thanks and then the gentleman said I can do it 40. So they are overpricing and then price dropping. 28 dollars for an elf bar vape is price gouging.
