Awesome knowledgeable staff. Great prices. They carry plenty of different ejuice brands including their own house brand that has never let me down.

Love having this place in my neighborhood for when I need coils or break my tank glass and need a replacement, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of gently used mods for good prices too.

Cloud 9 has the potential to be a great shop. The prices are competitive, and the selection is broad, however I've been disappointed with the quality of the products and the juice. The service has been a bit lack luster, several times feeling as though I were being ignored in favor of other customers. There is a lot of room for improvement, but it's still a decent shop for this area.

This is the worst establishment I have been in. The service is awful. The attitudes are awful. The prices are awful. The costumer service is deplorable at best with a total lack of knowledge when it comes to there products and complete lack of respect for their patrons. This is not a business that will stand behind any guarantee of customer satisfaction or being able to correct mistakes they make to consumers threw there ignorance of there merchandise. I would not recommend this vape store to anyone. I have never enjoyed my experiences here and with the abundance of vape lounges in the area I recommend to anyone to go somewhere else even if it further away. Cloud 9 is just not worth it at all! Only reason it gets one star is because I can’t rate zero or negative.

Great store. The selection of vape juices is quite extensive. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They even have a vape lounge and samples of their juices. They also have a wide variety of vape pens and kits.

Awesome staff, awesome prices, awesome inventory. They have a vast juice collection. So many choices. I will definitely be coming back. The mods rda's/ rdta and subohm tanks they have in stock are the newest out and they have it price competitively enough that you don't need to really check around at other vape shops. I almost bet they will always have the newest stuff in stock. I only go to this vape shop in Roanoke.

This is absolutely the best vape shop I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Staff is very friendly, although one of them mumble talks so there's that. Other than that minor infraction, there is nothing bad about the shop itself. There is the largest selection of gourmet eJuice I've ever seen, as well as a decent selection of house juices that they make themselves. Of course, the house blends aren't as good as the gourmet, but they are surprisingly good and very affordable, clocking in at around $16 for two 30mL bottles, if I recall correctly. You have a decent selection of mods and RDAs/Tanks/Whatever goes on top here, and most are at an affordable price. Most 60mL bottles of gourmet eJuice will run you around $20. They have a nice little lounge area complete with a next gen gaming console and a few other little things I can't remember off the top of my head. All in all, this is an amazing place to spend time at. Although, a word of warning, the parking lot is horrendously small.

Staff at both locations do not seem knowledgeable about products. Also when i go into the plantation rd location it's as if I'm bothering the guy who works there. He can't get rid of me quick enough and he's never answered any questions ive had. Customer service 👎 I wouldn't continue going there except for the fact that I LOVE a couple of the e liquid flavors they make! Ive looked on the website but cant find information about any of the flavors ive purchased including pg/vg ratios. Just seems strange😞

Super sweet lady! Very helpful! I'm kicking cigarettes and tweeds at the same time. Went ahead and got the blueberry juice and some CBD knockout! Go check em out! Very clean store! Good service!
