Unfortunately I purchased a juice from there that tasted out of date or spoiled or something I barely used a quarter of a tank Had a receipt and everything And nothing can be done Mind you I spend 50 to a $100 a month there Well I guess Lesson learn Definitely not good customer service Because me as a customer was never right I didn't even want my cash back I just wanted some juice that was good Still couldn't do anything With all that being said I won't be back Guess I'll have to find another vape store that's more consistent

I love the shop. The staff are very friendly. They are willing to help you out. I love that they let you sample the juices out before you buy them. They even tell you which ones are there best sellers. I definitely will be back for some more juice and maybe even to get another mod. I also noticed a couple bad reviews. If you ask me those reviews are completely false. It sounds to me like they are in there feelings because there shop isn't doing as good as Cloud 9.

THE BEST VAPE STORE IN ROANOKE, VA!!! Sherry and Celeste are freaking great!!! They definitely know what they're doing when it comes to customer service. They have a huge inventory on everything. I can be very indecisive when trying to buy vape juice, but they are quick to help me find what I want and/or recommend a flavor. Cloud 9 is the ONLY vape store I shop at!

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and polite, being my first vape mod buy, the gentlemen who I talked with helped me pick out a great build. He showed me how to assemble the build and discussed up keep with all the components. Very pleased.

Great selection, knowledgeable service. Juice prices are high but that seems to be the norm around here due to tax. Coils should be discounted if you're buying a whole box.
