I can't say anything bad about avail at all. I have to say one down side is my favorite juice only comes in a small size and any new yummy ones they get you can only get the lg one. They are pricey which saddens me but what do you do?! They have a points system so that's a plus! The employees are super nice

Went to this store today to check them out. Now granted with the whole covid BS I know customer service and patrons are all on edge. However I’m a potential new customer as I stated coming in the door. I was asked my for my ID, and no offense but I look well over the smoking age and most guess my age well above my actual age of pushing 40. By a gentleman with rather rude and pushy tone. Strike one. I will admit I wasn’t in there long enough to evaluate the store as a whole, but seemed rather clean and organized. What really blew me away is with their “low price guarantee” they have a msrp listed with their price listed. Their pricing is highway robbery compared to local shops in the area, online retailer, and even the manufacturer themselves. Example GV legend X box mod kit MSRP: $115 their price:$95, GV then self don’t even sell it that high in their own store, much less local shops are around $75 with online prices around $65, and every product in the store was exactly like that, 20%-40% higher than the competitors. I didn’t even get to the juice already annoyed with personnel pricing I saw within 5 mins, I guess it’s the college tax they impose on their pricing lolz. Pathetic.

Very professional staff, and, have just what you are looking for at a great price.

The staff is always friendly. The products are superb. I never shop for vape liquid anywhere else.

I come here for the service, not the prices. They have a large selection of tasters, and a very friendly helpful staff. Mod prices are comparable to other places nearby, but don't compete even slightly with online prices. The service, however, can't be beat. I still stop in every few months when I want to talk, have questions, or am looking for an educated opinion. Make sure you stop in at least once and check them out. There have been times where I'll just come in and sit for a while between appointments!

The gtr coils for the vapresso forz are the best ones I've come across for the mod I own. The customer service is wonderful.

Stopped in with my mother and wife. Laurel was so nice and helpful. We purchased 3 vapes and juices. Definitely will be going back. Laurel is top notch and went above and beyond to help us.

Went to Avail last night. Josh was very knowledgable and helpful. He did not try to cheat the system, but he was considerate and got me the best bang for my buck. Definitely going back there for all my vape needs!

This a fully equiped store with friendly associates. Stephen is one the nices people that I have ever met. He was very patient walking through being a new vape user. Everyone ther is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The prices are always low and the overall experience is one that cannot be beat. Definitely the best vape shop in town!

I've been coming to this store for years, I've bought all my devices here everyone I've ever had. Recently I purchased a Cascade Baby 1 plus from them and really loved it, but unfortunately soon after the glass on the tank was cracked in an accident. Now the vape itself was fine just the glass was broke. I initially went to Avail on ward's road for a replacement glass, as the kit didn't come with a replacement. They told me they didn't have a replacement glass, I had to order them online. I was already irritated because every other shop keeps little spare parts around because things happen. Order the glass online and weeks and weeks go by with no word from vaporesso other than them taking my money. I went to Avail again, desperately needing a replacement glass, I have this awesome vape I can't use. Like I said I'm a regular customer I thought they could help me but nope, they had a vape exactly like mine I could have paid for the glass but they refused. So now my $50 vape is still useless. You guys suck. I'll never go to Avail ever again, you guys just lost a regular customer over a $5 replacement glass.
